Performance Fee

A $35 Performance Fee per student applies to students participating in the LDPA End-of-Year Concert.

This fee is charged once per participating student, regardless of how many classes or genres they perform in. Please ensure x1 Performance Fee is added to your cart per participating student.

The Performance Fee contributes towards the operational and production costs associated with delivering the concert performance, including, but not limited to:

• Theatre and venue-related costs

• Performance production and administration

• Photography and videography

• Props, fittings and performance requirements

• Technical and production requirements

• Other costs associated with staging and delivering the concert

Terms & Conditions

• The Performance Fee is compulsory for all students participating in the concert.

• The fee is charged per student, not per genre or class.

• The Performance Fee is separate from class fees, costume fees and any other concert-related charges.

• The Performance Fee is non-refundable once the student has been confirmed as participating in the concert, including where a student subsequently withdraws from the performance.

• By enrolling in a concert class/performance, families acknowledge and agree to the Performance Fee and these terms and conditions.

• Additional concert-related costs may apply where applicable and will be communicated separately.
